One system, from hide to carton.
From hide to carton — enquiry, sampling, orders, time & action, procurement, production, dispatch and accounts on one set of numbers.
Leather is bought by weight, cut by area and sold by the pair. Shade and substance vary from lot to lot, cutting yield moves the cost of every article, and closing and finishing often happen outside your own walls.
Texma keeps all of it on one set of numbers, in your own words — articles instead of styles, square feet instead of metres, clicking and closing instead of cutting and sewing.
Same system. Your words.
The Problem
Hides are bought by weight, cut by area and costed by guess.
Shade and substance vary by lot — and the traceability is on paper.
Cutting yield moves 8% and the cost sheet never hears about it.
Closing and finishing challans reconciled by hand, weeks late.
The plan lives in one merchandiser’s head.
Cartons typed into the invoice, not counted off the packing list.
The Answer
One system. Every stage.
From the first enquiry to the last payment received — on one set of numbers.
The Workflow
Every document is born from the one before it.
Win the order
An enquiry becomes a costed article rather than a promise. Development runs to a schedule and the costing sheet is built on real consumption per pair, so the price you quote survives the cutting yield you actually get.
Turn it into a plan
There are two ways in. On an export order the buyer order IS the production order, driving the component-level bill of material and the cost sheet. Selling at home, a sale order carries the invoice and a production order carries the making — linked, or standing on their own. Overheads are budgeted either way, so the margin you quoted is still visible months later.
Defend the date
A time & action template turns the ship date into dated milestones, each with a named owner. When one slips the system mails the person responsible that day rather than surfacing it at the next review.
Buy against the order
Hides, soles, linings and hardware are requisitioned against the bill of material. Purchase orders are authorised, arrivals are recorded at the gate, and the receipt note reconciles quantity and quality before a bill is passed.
Account for every pair
Clicking, closing, lasting and finishing are recorded as they happen, in house or at a job worker. Alteration, rejection and shortage each carry their own entry, so the balance on a work order always adds up.
Get it out of the gate
Goods are inspected, boxed and counted from the packing list itself. The sale invoice is raised from that same document — in India, so are the e-invoice and e-way bill — so what leaves the gate matches what the buyer is billed for.
Close the books
Party bills, customer receipts and vendor payments are built from documents already in the system. The ledgers, trial balance and final accounts close on exactly the numbers the factory ran on.
Selling in India? E-invoice, e-way bill, GST returns and TDS are built in.

What It Is Worth
revenue on the same team
Headcount grows with complexity, not with volume.
minimum off direct costs
Material, job work and rework, recovered rather than absorbed.
of revenue kept
Direct costs run about 60% of revenue. Save a tenth of them and 6% of revenue stays with you.
