ERP Software for Home Furnishing & Home Textiles

From loom to living room — enquiry, sampling, orders, time & action, procurement, production, dispatch and accounts on one set of numbers.

Why Home Furnishing Manufacturers Need a Specialised ERP

A single home-furnishing order can be a twelve-SKU set, half of it at the printer and half in the store. Printing and dyeing bills arrive long after the cost sheet was signed, and one late component holds the whole carton.

Texma keeps every SKU, every processor and every set on one set of numbers, in your own words — designs and sets instead of styles and pieces, making-up instead of sewing, printing and dyeing in the middle.

Same system. Your words.

The Problem

Six questions your factory cannot answer today without a phone call.

01

Where is that 12-SKU set order?

Half of it is at the printer, half is in the store — nobody can say which half.

02

Do we have the greige for it?

Shortages surface on the cutting table, not in the plan.

03

What did this design actually cost?

Printing and dyeing bills arrive long after the cost sheet was signed.

04

What do we owe the processor?

Job-work challans reconciled by hand, weeks after the goods came back.

05

Will we ship the full set on time?

One late component holds the whole carton.

06

Does the invoice match what shipped?

Cartons typed into the invoice, not counted off the packing list.

The Answer

One system. Every stage.

From the first enquiry to the last payment received — on one set of numbers.

The Workflow

Seven stages. One thread.

Every document is born from the one before it.

01

Sample

Win the order

An enquiry becomes a costed design rather than a promise. Development runs to a schedule and the costing sheet is built per piece and per set, so a multi-SKU set is priced on what it really consumes.

02

Order

Turn it into a plan

There are two ways in. On an export order the buyer order IS the production order, exploding into a bill of material down to each SKU in the set. Selling at home, a sale order carries the invoice and a production order carries the making — linked, or standing on their own. Both reach the same cost sheet and overhead budget.

03

Plan

Defend the date

A time & action template turns the ship date into dated milestones across weaving, processing and making-up, each with a named owner. Slippage raises mail the day it happens.

04

Procure

Buy against the order

Yarn, greige, trims and packing are requisitioned against the bill of material. Purchase orders are authorised, arrivals are recorded at the gate, and the receipt note reconciles them before a bill is passed.

05

Produce

Account for every piece

Weaving, dyeing, printing and making-up are recorded as they happen, in house or at a processor. Alteration, rejection and shortage each carry their own entry, so the balance on a work order always adds up.

Dispatch

Get it out of the gate

Sets are checked complete, packed and counted from the packing list itself. The sale invoice comes from that same document — in India, so do the e-invoice and e-way bill — so one missing component cannot quietly ship short.

Settle

Close the books

Party bills, customer receipts and vendor payments are built from documents already in the system. The ledgers, trial balance and final accounts close on the numbers the factory ran on.

What It Is Worth

Grow over three times without growing the office.

3×

revenue on the same team

Headcount grows with complexity, not with volume.

10%

minimum off direct costs

Material, job work and rework, recovered rather than absorbed.

6%

of revenue kept

Direct costs run about 60% of revenue. Save a tenth of them and 6% of revenue stays with you.
