Texma ERP Features — Built for How Manufacturers Actually Work

Every feature was built because a real client needed it. After 30 years on factory floors, what's left is a system that covers the enquiry-to-shipment workflow — and the books behind it — out of the box.

Module 1

Product Development & Marketing

Manage your entire pre-sales process from a single module. Track buyer enquiries, run the sampling workflow with size and colour breakdowns, cost each sample against reusable templates, and send PowerPoint offers straight from the system.

Module 2

Production & Inventory Management

Take control of your shop floor. Define your own process masters, track WIP at every stage, and manage inventory across multiple godowns — all with complete traceability.

  • User-definable process masters for any workflow
  • System-generated production challans
  • Drill-down visibility on any production order
  • Multi-factory, multi-godown inventory
  • Line planning on a capacity board, with line balancing
  • Daily line loading — planned vs actual by line
  • QR sticker-based production line capturing
  • Job work / processor orders with processor stock tracking
  • Pre-production planning and piece-rate wages
  • Complete RM, WIP & FG tracking with valuation
Module 3

Line-Based Production & QR Tracking

Plan at the line, not the order. Break a style into sub-processes, load it onto a capacity board, balance the lines, then track what actually came off them — captured by QR scan on the floor rather than typed up at the end of the shift.

  • Line planning capacity board — schedule sale orders against real line capacity
  • Line balancing — level the load across sub-processes using SAM values
  • Learning-curve ramps — day-by-day efficiency built into the plan, not assumed flat
  • Daily line loading — planned vs actual by line, with a summary view
  • QR sticker scanning — bundles scanned at each stage; output posts itself
  • Mobile issue/receipt — a phone screen built for the shop floor
  • TV dashboard — live production status on a screen above the floor
  • Piece-rate wages — calculated from the same scans, no separate register

Module 4

Purchase, Stores & Gate Entry

Every delivery is logged at the gate before it reaches stores, so nothing enters the factory unrecorded — and no supplier bill gets paid without a document trail behind it. Purchase runs requisition to payment in one chain, with authorisation at each step.

  • Gate entry — log material at the gate, with a pending-gate-entries report
  • Bill monitoring — track supplier bills from arrival to entry; pending-bills report
  • Requisition slip, purchase order, GRN and purchase return
  • Authorisation for purchase orders, processor orders, BOM and work orders
  • Vendor inspection — entry, scheduler, templates, checklists and QC names
  • Material inspection with register and issuable-stock report
  • Warehouse: location master, package receipt and package status
  • Purchase reports: pending POs, delayed delivery, excess received, PO rate vs BOM rate
Module 5

Job Work & Outsourced Production

Most of what you make probably isn't made under your roof. Once goods leave for a processor or fabricator they usually fall out of the system — and reconciling what you sent against what came back becomes a spreadsheet exercise. Texma keeps that material on your books the whole way.

  • Processor orders & challans — issue material out with full documentation
  • Processor stock report — what each processor is holding, right now
  • Fabricator stock & issue reports — the same visibility for fabrication partners
  • ITC-04 job-work return — the statutory return generated from the same data
  • Processing status, register, and item-change tracking
  • Shortage and shrinkage challans with a reconciliation register
  • Fabricator advances and deductions tracked against work
  • Production status with fabricator — in-house and outsourced in one view

Module 6

Time & Action Planning

Never miss a delivery deadline again. Build order-wise calendars, assign tasks with clear ownership, and receive automatic escalation alerts when activities fall behind.

  • Order-wise time and action calendars
  • Task assignment with owner accountability
  • Automatic escalation alerts for delays
  • Hierarchy-based notification system
  • Visual timeline views for managers
  • Task management with reusable task templates
  • Order completion dashboard — close out finished orders cleanly, so your open-order list reflects what's genuinely still running
  • Sampling vs TNA report — is development keeping up with the shipment plan?

Module 7

Costing & Profitability

Most exporters find out what a style really earned months after it shipped — if at all. Because Texma already holds the BOM, the job-work challans and the piece-rate wages, it can put the costed margin and the actual margin side by side while the order is still on the floor.

  • Master cost sheet — build the quote, keep it as the benchmark
  • Profitability report — costed vs actual, by order and style
  • Overhead budgeting — allocate indirect cost rather than ignoring it
  • Shipping & budget dashboard — commitments against budget in one view
  • Dynamic sample costing with reusable templates and rate masters
  • PO rate exceeding BOM rate — catch buying drift before it eats the margin
  • Inventory valuation and ageing feeding the same picture

Module 8

Financial Accounting & GST

Texma keeps a full set of books, not just an interface to someone else's. Party bills, receipts, payments and journal vouchers post to your ledgers as they happen — so your trial balance, P&L and balance sheet come out of the same data your factory runs on.

  • Trial balance, account ledgers and journal vouchers
  • P&L and balance sheet with your own format masters
  • Bank reconciliation, customer receipts and vendor payments
  • E-invoice and e-way bill generation
  • GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2A/2B reconciliation, GSTR-9 and ITC-04
  • One-way voucher push to Tally if you keep books there
  • Document-level authorisation and approval workflows
Module 9

Security & Administration

Your business data is your most valuable asset. Texma protects it with enterprise-grade security, granular permissions, and complete audit trails.

One System

Enter Once, Flows Everywhere

The reason factories end up with mismatched numbers is that the same fact gets typed in four times. In Texma each document is created from the one before it — so there's only ever one version of the truth.

Access

Any Device, Any Operating System

Texma runs in the browser, so it doesn't care what your team uses. The owner on a Mac, merchandisers on Windows, a supervisor on an Android phone on the shop floor — same system, same data, nothing to install on each machine. It can also be installed to the home screen or desktop for one-tap access.

  • Installable to desktop or phone home screen — no app store needed
  • Shop-floor screens designed for a phone, not a shrunken desktop page
