One system, from swatch to shipment.
From swatch to shipment — enquiry, sampling, orders, time & action, procurement, production, dispatch and accounts on one set of numbers.
The garment and textile industry operates on tight margins, fast-changing trends, and complex supply chains. A single order can involve dozens of fabric types, colour combinations, size matrices, and production processes — spread across multiple job workers and factories. Managing this complexity with spreadsheets or generic software leads to missed deadlines, inventory mismatches, and margin erosion.
Garment-specific ERP software understands these challenges. It speaks the language of the industry — BOMs with size and colour breakdowns, cut-to-pack workflows, buyer-wise compliance requirements, and export documentation that meets international standards.
Same system. Your words.
The Problem
Three phone calls and two spreadsheets later — still an estimate.
Shortages surface at the cutting table, not in the plan.
Costed carefully before production. Never once after.
Challans reconciled by hand, weeks after the goods came back.
The time & action plan lives in one merchandiser’s head.
Cartons typed into the invoice, not counted off the packing list.
The Answer
One system. Every stage.
From the first enquiry to the last payment received — on one set of numbers.
The Workflow
Every document is born from the one before it.
Win the order
An enquiry arrives and becomes a costed sample rather than a promise. Development runs to a schedule, the costing sheet is built from real consumption, and the offer goes out with images the buyer can act on.
Turn it into a plan
There are two ways in, depending on how you sell. On an export order the buyer order IS the production order — one document drives the bill of material, the master cost sheet and the overhead budget. Selling at home, you raise a sale order to invoice against and a production order to make against, linked to each other or standing on their own. Either way the factory works from the same cost sheet, so the margin you quoted is the margin you can still see in month three.
Defend the date
A time & action template turns the ship date into dated milestones, each with a named owner. When one slips the system says so that day, by mail, rather than at the weekly meeting when it is already too late.
Buy against the order
Requisitions are raised against the bill of material, not against a hunch. Purchase orders are authorised, goods are recorded at the gate, and the receipt note reconciles what arrived with what was ordered before any bill is passed.
Account for every piece
Cutting, stitching, washing and finishing are recorded as they happen, whether the work is on your own line or at a job worker. Alteration, rejection and shortage each have their own entry, so the balance on a work order always adds up.
Get it out of the gate
Goods are inspected, packed and counted from the packing list itself. The sale invoice comes from that same document — in India, so do the e-invoice and e-way bill — so what leaves the gate matches what the buyer is billed for.
Close the books
Party bills, customer receipts and vendor payments are built from documents already in the system. The ledgers, trial balance and final accounts close on exactly the numbers the factory ran on all year.
Selling in India? E-invoice, e-way bill, GST returns and TDS are built in.

What It Is Worth
revenue on the same team
Headcount grows with complexity, not with volume.
minimum off direct costs
Material, job work and rework, recovered rather than absorbed.
of revenue kept
Direct costs run about 60% of revenue. Save a tenth of them and 6% of revenue stays with you.
