The Problem
Three phone calls and two spreadsheets later — still an estimate.
Shortages surface at the cutting table, not in the plan.
Costed carefully before production. Never once after.
Challans reconciled by hand, weeks after the goods came back.
The time & action plan lives in one merchandiser’s head.
Cartons typed into the invoice, not counted off the packing list.
The Answer
One system. Every stage.
From the first enquiry to the last payment received — on one set of numbers.
What It Is Worth
revenue on the same team
Headcount grows with complexity, not with volume.
minimum off direct costs
Material, job work and rework, recovered rather than absorbed.
of revenue kept
Direct costs run about 60% of revenue. Save a tenth of them and 6% of revenue stays with you.
How the saving is worked out
The same arithmetic in any currency. In India, that is ₹60 lakh on every ₹10 crore of revenue — Texma in India.
Every number above has a mechanism behind it, and most of them sit between the purchase order and the bill.
Every order starts from the bill of material, an authorised requisition or a re-order level, netted against stock and open orders.
An order above the BOM quantity fails authorisation; only a named override right releases it, not a second signature.
A rate above the BOM rate, or above the last price you paid that vendor, is flagged before the order leaves.
Receipt keeps three quantities apart against the purchase order line — what the challan claims, what entered stock, and any excess — so a dispute has a number to point at.
Bills build from receipt challans, and will not pass while a rejection, shortage or excess still awaits its return challan.
Dead stock stops building: less material to handle, less space holding it, and less working capital standing still on a rack.
The Workflow
Every document is born from the one before it — so a fact is typed once, and stores, production, merchandising and accounts all read the same figure.
Win the order
Enquiry to approved sample — costed before you quote, not after you lose money.
Turn it into a plan
Buyer order or sale order — either becomes the bill of material and cost sheet the factory works from.
Defend the date
Material, processing and dates all planned off the same bill of material — and slippage raises its hand by e-mail the morning it happens.
Buy against the order
Requisition to receipt, authorised at every step. Nothing enters the store unrecorded.
Account for every piece
In-house lines and outside job workers on the same ledger — issued, received, rejected, altered.
Get it out of the gate
Inspected, packed and invoiced — the invoice raised from the packing list itself, so what ships is what is billed.
Close the books
Bills, receipts, payments and ledgers built from the documents you already raised. No re-keying.
Twenty module families, from product development to multi-unit accounts.

Add it from the browser on a phone, tablet or laptop — its own icon, its own window, no app store and no file to hand round.
Android, iOS, Windows and Mac run the same application. There is no separate mobile version to keep in step with the web one.
Updates reach everyone the next time they open it. No desktop install, no plugin, no Java, nothing for anyone to push to machines.
Current cloud infrastructure, scaled and patched for you — no server ageing in the corner of an office, nothing to buy or replace, and no version you get stuck on.
Production issue and receipt, order authorisation, task management and QR piece-scanning are laid out for a handheld, rear camera and all.
Every customer runs on their own database and their own application instance — records are never mixed into shared tables.
Switch it on per user, and a sign-in from outside your network mails a one-time code to your administrators — not to the person signing in. No code, no entry.
Sign-in can be restricted to your own network, so the system opens only on the premises — or left open for the people who travel. You decide.
Who changed what, and when, on orders, challans and bills — with a field-level comparison you can open yourself.
Twenty-five dashboards and monitors and more than a hundred built-in reports, all reading the same data as the documents behind them. Every report exports to Excel or PDF and can be mailed.

Selling in India?
The e-invoice and e-way bill come from the invoice you already raised, and GSTR-1, 2A/2B reconciliation, 3B, 9 and ITC-04 come from the same registers. Keep your books in Tally if you prefer — the vouchers push across.
