The Problem

Six questions your factory cannot answer today without a phone call.

01

Where is order 4471 right now?

Three phone calls and two spreadsheets later — still an estimate.

02

Do we have the material for it?

Shortages surface at the cutting table, not in the plan.

03

What did this order actually cost?

Costed carefully before production. Never once after.

04

What do we owe this job worker?

Challans reconciled by hand, weeks after the goods came back.

05

Will we ship on the date we promised?

The time & action plan lives in one merchandiser’s head.

06

Does the invoice match what shipped?

Cartons typed into the invoice, not counted off the packing list.

The Answer

One system. Every stage.

From the first enquiry to the last payment received — on one set of numbers.

What It Is Worth

Grow over three times without growing the office.

3×

revenue on the same team

Headcount grows with complexity, not with volume.

10%

minimum off direct costs

Material, job work and rework, recovered rather than absorbed.

6%

of revenue kept

Direct costs run about 60% of revenue. Save a tenth of them and 6% of revenue stays with you.

The same arithmetic in any currency. In India, that is ₹60 lakh on every ₹10 crore of revenue — Texma in India.

Savings start at the purchase.

Every number above has a mechanism behind it, and most of them sit between the purchase order and the bill.

Accurate purchasing

Every order starts from the bill of material, an authorised requisition or a re-order level, netted against stock and open orders.

Quantity control

An order above the BOM quantity fails authorisation; only a named override right releases it, not a second signature.

Rate control

A rate above the BOM rate, or above the last price you paid that vendor, is flagged before the order leaves.

Receipt accuracy

Receipt keeps three quantities apart against the purchase order line — what the challan claims, what entered stock, and any excess — so a dispute has a number to point at.

Controlled bill passing

Bills build from receipt challans, and will not pass while a rejection, shortage or excess still awaits its return challan.

The saving

Dead stock stops building: less material to handle, less space holding it, and less working capital standing still on a rack.

The Workflow

Seven stages. One thread.

Every document is born from the one before it — so a fact is typed once, and stores, production, merchandising and accounts all read the same figure.

01

Sample

Win the order

Enquiry to approved sample — costed before you quote, not after you lose money.

02

Turn it into a plan

Buyer order or sale order — either becomes the bill of material and cost sheet the factory works from.

Plan

Defend the date

Material, processing and dates all planned off the same bill of material — and slippage raises its hand by e-mail the morning it happens.

How It Reaches You

The latest cloud platform. Nothing in your server room.

Installs like an app

Add it from the browser on a phone, tablet or laptop — its own icon, its own window, no app store and no file to hand round.

One build, every device

Android, iOS, Windows and Mac run the same application. There is no separate mobile version to keep in step with the web one.

Nothing to roll out

Updates reach everyone the next time they open it. No desktop install, no plugin, no Java, nothing for anyone to push to machines.

The latest cloud platform

Current cloud infrastructure, scaled and patched for you — no server ageing in the corner of an office, nothing to buy or replace, and no version you get stuck on.

Built for the shop floor

Production issue and receipt, order authorisation, task management and QR piece-scanning are laid out for a handheld, rear camera and all.

Your own database

Every customer runs on their own database and their own application instance — records are never mixed into shared tables.

Logins you approve

Switch it on per user, and a sign-in from outside your network mails a one-time code to your administrators — not to the person signing in. No code, no entry.

Anywhere, or only your factory

Sign-in can be restricted to your own network, so the system opens only on the premises — or left open for the people who travel. You decide.

Every change recorded

Who changed what, and when, on orders, challans and bills — with a field-level comparison you can open yourself.

The follow-up lives in the system

  • A task against the actual job. Raise it on a job, style, purchase order or work order — ad hoc or from a template — and assign it to a person by name.
  • The conversation sits on the work. Chat stays on the task, so the answer is next to the order it is about instead of buried in an inbox or a WhatsApp group.
  • Assigned means notified. Assigning or updating a task raises a notice to the person responsible, in the app and by mail — nobody has to be told twice in person.

The answer is already on a screen

Twenty-five dashboards and monitors and more than a hundred built-in reports, all reading the same data as the documents behind them. Every report exports to Excel or PDF and can be mailed.

Selling in India?

GST, e-invoice, e-way bill and TDS are built in.

The e-invoice and e-way bill come from the invoice you already raised, and GSTR-1, 2A/2B reconciliation, 3B, 9 and ITC-04 come from the same registers. Keep your books in Tally if you prefer — the vouchers push across.

FAQ

Straight Answers

The questions manufacturers actually ask us before a demo.

What is Texma ERP?
Texma ERP is manufacturing ERP software from Auriga Softwares Pvt. Ltd., in development since 1994. It covers the full chain — buyer enquiry, sampling and costing, purchase, production and job work, dispatch — plus a complete double-entry accounting system, multi-currency billing and export documentation, and GST compliance for units in India. More than 5,000 people have been trained on it.
Does Texma ERP integrate with Tally?
Yes, as a one-way push. Sales invoices, party bills, customer receipts and vendor payments can be pushed from Texma into Tally so you don't re-key them. It is not a live two-way sync, and there is no Busy integration. Most clients find they don't need it — Texma keeps its own full set of books.
Do I still need separate accounting software?
No. Texma includes journal vouchers, trial balance, account ledgers, bank reconciliation, and profit & loss and balance sheet reports with format masters you configure yourself. Because the books draw on the same data as production and stores, your financials reconcile with what the factory actually did.
How does Texma ERP handle GST?
E-invoices (IRN) and e-way bills are generated directly from your invoices. For returns, Texma produces GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2A/2B reconciliation, GSTR-9 and ITC-04 for job work. To be clear: Texma prepares these returns for filing — you or your CA still file them on the GST portal.
Does it support production line planning?
Yes. You break a style into sub-processes, then plan it on a capacity board with line balancing, using SAM values, machine types, line capacity and learning-curve ramps. Daily line loading records planned versus actual output by line, and QR stickers capture production from the shop floor. Piece-rate wages calculate from the same data.
Which industries is it built for?
Garments and textiles, leather goods and footwear, home furnishing, and handicrafts and décor. It suits manufacturers and export houses — anywhere orders break down into styles, sizes, colours and multi-stage processes, often across job workers.
How long does implementation take?
A typical implementation runs 60 to 90 days from discovery to go-live. The range depends on how many units and modules are in scope, and on how quickly your masters — items, vendors, buyers, BOMs — can be cleaned up and loaded. That data preparation is usually the long pole, not the software. Our team works on-site during go-live and stays until the system is producing accurate results.
Is it suitable for a smaller factory?
Yes. Clients range from single-unit MSMEs to groups running multiple factories and locations. Access is controlled per user and per screen, so a smaller team can start with the modules they need — sampling, purchase, production — and switch on job work, advanced planning or full accounting later.
